ATT Direct TV representatives were dishonest, misleading and misrepresented its services to keep me as a customer. Three days in a row its representatives gave me the round around for hours and no one was able to solve my issue with my contract and unauthorized charges to my credit card account. I went from the customer service dept to the installation dept to the billing dept, back to the service dept to the VIP department to no avail Do not sign for auto pay or you will be having billing and dispute issues.

I have initiate a dispute with my credit card company for the amount charged to it and now I have to get the rest resolve trough small claims court.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Reinstate my service at the monthly amount I was told $59.48.
