It started last Thursday, I have been watching the NFL network for years, and have been a Sunday NFL ticket Subscriber For many years. All of sudden the station was not available.

I called, the message said it would be a long wait to talk to someone, & I should go to your website.

Not a great option under the circumstances. I choose to wait to speak to someone,

35 minutes later, by which time half the game was almost over. Then I'm told you changed the package, & I would have to pay more to get that channel. I agreed, shortly later, my wife came in to advise, her Hallmark channel was not available, she tried to call but couldn't stay on hold that long, and called the next day, same story, channel no longer available, without new package.

This Sunday, I go to my Sunday Ticket package, same story, not available, again I need new package.

How terrible was our experience, if I had another provider, you would be gone.

If I ran my business, like you are running yours, I would be out of business. Hoping to find another option so I could get rid of you.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Direct TV if you have other options.
