I recently disconnected my Direct TV after 11 years. I sent all materials (receiver, remote ect} back in one box.

After calling them they said they have not gotten it back yet. However, the post office said they already have this box. I was told to call back in 10 days to see if they have it yet. After I told them to disconnect and why I kept getting calls from them to come back.

I found another company that could give me more for less money.

Direct wanted extra for DVR and select channels. All this and more came with new company for a lot less money.

This reviewer shared experience about pricing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with DIRECTV. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
