Yes we have called and complained directly about their new guide because it's too small and the new features are not helpful. We are struggling with it.

You have to get up from your chair and go up to the tv to read it. Change it back!!! If you messed up fix it. Why do you force this on your customers when you already had so many complaints???

Duh do you not listen?

No you're too busy raising our rates every year. We barely get a cost of living raise and ATT Direct do their best to get it.

Customer rep was nice and listened but when are you going to fix it.
