The gave me a promotional price at AT&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;T for $45 a month for a two year contract. When I got my bill it was $128.
I took my bill to AT&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;;amp;T and we called Direct TV, they said they couldn't honor it and it would remain the same. I told them to disconnect it,they said they couldn't until the month was up. I also told them they broke the contract and to send shipping labels to return their equipment. They would not.
This was in August 2019. After months of trying to speak with someone at customer services, they saying the will ship boxes and labels, to which they never did and sending certified letters. Today, they finally emailed me shipping letters. Today is January 28, 2020.
I spent hours and hours on this mess with total frustration. Please, please do not use AT&T or Direct TV.
