I have had stalled satellite service for 4 days and have been calling for 3 days to get someone out to home. 12 days was earliest and will not allow me to speak with scheduler.
Since I am not home on the one day they allow me the privilege of coming I cannot get a date and time. I have been constantly lied to and misled. Told that there is not way to contact the office. I had to resort to cancelling.
They take your money and then when you need something they could care less. Last time I wanted to add service they came out right away but sent a ***.
Forgot the equipment, damaged home, disconnected our internet, we asked him to leave and they did nothing to fix. Great idea but service is maybe the worse of any company eventually will go away
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
