Just signed up with Direct TV today and just cancelled my order. The sales rep told me that I could watch TV online.

That was a lie! I signed into my account and was blocked from watching online. I called Direct TV and was given the run around - story after story and no one there speaks English.

I told them to cancel my order and was placed on hold and waited and waited and waited and no one came back. I never got a confirmation number so I'm calling my credit card company and making sure Direct TV does not charge me.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of directv account from Directv. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $40 and wants Directv to issue a full refund.
