Just signed up with Direct TV today and just cancelled my order. The sales rep told me that I could watch TV online.

That was a lie! I signed into my account and was blocked from watching online. I called Direct TV and was given the run around - story after story and no one there speaks English.

I told them to cancel my order and was placed on hold and waited and waited and waited and no one came back. I never got a confirmation number so I'm calling my credit card company and making sure Direct TV does not charge me.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
