I too am being harassed by Direct TV.Do NOT use this company.

I over paid after paying the charge for breaking my contract agreement. Now I continue to receive a bill for equipment charges, but Direct tv shows the equipment is being processed. I'm sure they will submit to the credit agencies of the unpaid charges that I DO NOT owe, they owe me instead but tell me they cannot provide a refund. This has been goining on for over 2 months.

I told them I would submit a Cease and Desist letter if they didn't stop harassing me with this bill.

Do NOT use Direct TV!!!!!Not only are they inefficient and harassing, their support personnel are very difficult to understand when speaking with them on the phone.....ugh!!!!

Monetary Loss: $275.

Preferred solution: Credit my account as company has my equipment and refund the overpayment and stop harassing me by sending me this bill that I do not owe.

I didn't like: Customer se vice and billing practices.
