I sold my house and transfered service to new owner. Direct tv double billed both parties and refuse to give refund.

Rude and un-responsive service. Do not use Direct tv. They will cheat and lie to you. They say they have an agreement with you, but they continually raise the monthly price without your agreement.

They say they can raise the price anytime, but if you, the customer want to get out of contract, they won't let you.

The service seems to have gotten worse under ATT ownership. I have never dealt with a company so rude and unwilling to compromise or help in any way.
