Most don't remember Cingullar bought out Att. Att had the best customer service, Cingullar had the worst.

They tried their brand first, guess they lost too many customers so they quickly switched to Att. Att was a great company, I switched from Cingullar to Att because of their horrible customer service. Cingullar quickly figured out they needed to use the Att brand over thier own. Now Att owns DTV, same results horrible customer service.

I've been with DTV on and off since the inception of the NFL ticket for that reason only. I just paid to early terminate because billing can't get it right, even when you show them their own statement.

Cingullar all over again. I'm done.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
