What do you have to gain by canceling my childs programming. I have service at two locations, do you really wish me to cancel my contract with you over this.
I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years and cannot believe you would do something so petty. You are only hurting your reputation. By thinking I would switch to the Dish network when we all know that you both serve the same conglomerate. You shame yourselves.
If this decision is not reversed I am making plans to drop your service. I will also refuse to pay any added fees for termination of any agreement.
