Directv - Dropping my childs programming
What do you have to gain by canceling my childs programming.I have service at two locations, do you really wish me to cancel my contract with you over this.
I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years and cannot believe you would do something so petty. You are only hurting your reputation. By thinking I would switch to the Dish network when we all know that you both serve the same conglomerate. You shame yourselves.
If this decision is not reversed I am making plans to drop your service.I will also refuse to pay any added fees for termination of any agreement.
