My DVR box which is 1 of 3 boxes in my RV started to scan the disk for errors. After reset it goes right to scan.

Let it run over 24 hours to repair and it was 57% complete. Called customer service and they are sending me a replacement. I get to keep the old unit because its useless to them at this point. However I am asked to pay 22 bucks for a replacement.

WHAT A RIP OFF. I rent the equipment and it should work or a working replacement should be provided for free.

THATS WHAT THE 100 BUCKS A MONTH IS FOR!!!! Guess I will take the old box out and take out my aggressions, video it, post it on you tube and hope it goes viral.

Monetary Loss: $22.
