2012 MADE MANY CALLS TO FIX ISSUES OF THESE ITEMS.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME.

THAT I HAVE RECEIVE A NEW DVR, REMOTE CONTROL, 2 OR 3 ACCESS CARDS. REFUSE TO PAY BILL, FOR SERVICES THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY WORKING..TALK TO SEVERAL SUPERVISORS, WHICH IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, AND TECHNICIAN EVEN CAME OUT AND MOVED THE DISH. ALL I KEEP GETTING IS PAY THE BILL, AND WE WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE. WELL WHEN THE BILL WAS BEING PAID, NO ISSUES WAS RESOLVE.

RIP OFF. NOW SERVICES WILL BE SUSPENDED. THESE EMPLOYEES. DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ISSUES WITH THIS SERVICE, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, VERY HEARTLESS, ESPECIALLY SOME SUPERVISORS.

THE COST OF THESE SERVICES ARE TO HIGH, ESPECIALLY IN TODAYS ECONOMY.MAYBE i WILL TRY TIMEWARNER CABLE.

If you have a local cable co this would be a better option,time-warner has raised their prices and charge for everything. I had T.W.and my bill went up dramatically the second year.I got a DVD antenna for my hd tv's for my local channels and also got a roku player for netflix and amazon movies.I kept internet service for the roku payer
