I cancelled my service because of a price increase.I had a $42.00 discount for one year and then it would go away this month.

That would increase my bill by that amount. I called to see if we could do something and was only offered to remove from the Ultimate plan to the Entertainment plan to offset some of the increase. I lost some channels that we watch all the time and now my lineup just isn't that good. I'm on a fixed income and retired and the added cost we can't afford.

My account has always been in good standing. Now they want to charge me $240.00 early termination.

I don't understand how I can be charged that when the service isn't what I was sold to me without additional cost.I was bundled with Century Link but have cancelled all service and went to a different provider and saved $70.00 not to mention avoiding the increase of $ 42.00   Thanks, Tim Timothy Donat 605-878-0412 951-776-7970 Cell timothydonat@sbcglobal.net

Monetary Loss: $282.

Preferred solution: disregard early termination and in the future lock in pricing for the length of the contract..

I didn't like: Price discounts taken and customer program services.

At the end of the day your always better off with Bright House cable companies. Better deals & better service.
