That is the entrapment issue with D TV. If you call them for anything, make even one change, your contract starts over again from day one.

They're after one thing, your life. Forever. They will hog tie you and never left you free. When rather new, I had nothing but problems with no access to my wifi therefore, I couldn't use several features.

I called tech support to resolve and the guy on the phone kept trying and trying to upsell me. I finally put a stop to it. I asked him why would I want more than I have when I can't utilize all my features? I told him to stop the sales pitch and turn into the tech who I initally called.

I know employees are hounded to upsell the entire call, even the tech support. Focus people, focus.

Treat your employees better, treat your customers better. You off a great service, I signed up originally for the NFL Channel.
