I moved and canceled service. Was sent a return box for equipment and returned everything promptly and now they say they didnt receive it.

They advised I would be charged 284.00 on my credit card if not received in five days from letter. I had help packing the equipment and someone with me when I returned it.

I will shout their treatment as far and wide as I can if I am charged the fee for non returned equipment..I live in a apartment complex where witnesses and postal employee can verify this information. I am publishing on facebook and better business and any other source I can find to complain so others will be forwarned
