DIRECTV - Equipment does not work. "Known issue" no fix for over 1 year.

1 month ago today we had Dirctv installed. The boxes in our home lose internet connection everyday sometimes hourly.
We have called Directv everyday for the last 30 days on this issue. They tell us that this is a known program error they have and they don't have a fix. They are selling products that don't work. We are not able to use on demand, DVR features or rewind.
Do not use this company. They have the WORST customer service. They are a scam. Also please see the picture of their install job!!!
Horrible.
Buyer beware. We had Dish Network before never had any issues.
