I cancelled DirecTv and received a return box for my receiver. The box is going from Phx, Az to El Paso, Tx.

USPS picked up the box on 2/3/17. It was then transferred to FedEx and shipped out of Phx to El Paso on 2/7/17. It has NOT arrived yet. I could drive from here to there in a day.

FedEx will NOT give me the status of the shipment because I do not have a return address. I've called and Live Chatted with DirecTv and no one there will give me the address for the return center in El Paso so I can find out where the box is and get credited for the receiver.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Most of the above -- poor cust svc, prob w/delivery.

Preferred solution: Just tell me where my return is.

I have the same issue with Directv. They keep billing me.

Sending Email notices.

I spoke with one agent who informed me the items are still in transit. Then she wants me to sign back on with a real great deal.
