Canceled one DIRECTV service, still have it at our other home. You have to jump through major to return the equipment as required.

USPS, UPS, FedEx all told us they would not return at using the label provided by DIRECTV. The second private UPS store we went to 45 minutes to figure it out but said it was returned. That was a month ago. Now we are being harassed daily By DIRECTV claiming they did not receive the return and wanting us to pay.

Abhorrent horrible customer service. This is taken hours of my time.

Now I have to drive back to the private store, two hours away, to retrieve the proof that they might be able to find. Shame on DIRECTV.
