I have been a very loyal DIRECTV customer for over 20 years. First under my ex wife's name and now currently under my name.
Since ATT has taken over DIRECTV my monthly bill has increased over $100 dollars. I have tried on numerous occasions to speak with a representative but all I get is them trying to sell me a package that includes cell phone service as well as internet service. I currently have the premier package but cannot downsize without loosing many of the channels that my family enjoys !!! My next bill is $217.12 Are you kidding me ?????
For TV ? I am currently looking at Dish and other providers....What a Shame!!!!
