Extremely frustrating company. Transferred from one agent to another in none English speaking countries, not once was the foreign agents able to help me, put on hold and dropped calls, I found myself repeating the same old story time and time again.
Once I was transferred to USA customer care not much changed. before I knew it I owed over $400, yet no one could tell me why. Finally a nice lady seemed to have solved the problem yet next month the $400 was back.
This is just one of the problems I have had with Directv. Now you would think that paying for the top package around $180 a month, would be a customer to keep.
Now after hrs upon hrs of been given the runaround I just had enough.
