Acct. #2331355, confirmation #237965003, was to have installed on February 11th, paid amount upfront on Feb.

8th, canceled on 10th, have been given much run around, rude customer service reps, especially in Philippines, lots of hang up calls from their end, am so thankful that I didn't go with you people now.

I have names, dates, times, and ppl who hung up on me, they r making Direct T.V. look really bad, and I would not recommend you for a minute to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Tv Service.

Reason of review: problems with my refund, as was told it was given on 2/10/16, took until 2/26/16, very bad in my point of view.

Directv Cons: Worst customer service ever.
