Purchased a mini Geanie and a large regular size beanie Was told that if we got the protection package the $400 will be refunded for the price of the two geanies. Fraud.

They did not tell us we had to wait 30 days after purchasing the protection to purchase the genie. The employee obviously got credit for selling the maintenance package. We have spent three months trying to receive our money as promised by three DirecTV employees after seven phone calls and four hours on the telephone. Fraud .

You would think any billion dollar company would try to please a long time customer.

We have been with DirecTV for 15 years. What different than 30 days make versus $400?
