I was told by the sales man ,,, I would get a $100. gift card as part of a sales pitch .
I call when I didn't receive it in the mail . I was put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up . I call back a week later and explained everything that had happen from the beginning . I was put on hold again and I hung up after 10 minutes on hold .
I have call a total of 4 times , if you ask for a supervisor .... you will be put on hold for ever .
The sales people will tell you anything to get you to sign up . Every time there is a little bad weather I lose the signal and don't have tv for 5 to 25 minutes .
