I have had Direct TV for almost 2 years, in the last 3 months i have had nothing but problems, picture freezing or speeding up on its own, picture good but no sound. so i call direct/att that was a joke, did test on the system, there is a problem with the boxes with a certain serial#, was told that the engineering department was working on patch to fix the problem, keep getting a email from them, still working on the problem, mean while the system gets worse, i asked about getting new boxes, was told they wont do that, i have the protection program also, so now 4 months later still the same problem, they credited me $100.00 WOOPY T DOOO, i spend a lot of money for their service, and its ***, when my contract is done i am done with them, *** poor service....................maybe i wont pay the bill, oh wait then they will send me to collections, for their *** poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
