WE have not been able to watch KSL for over a week now because of another dispute between KSL and DirectTV. Not happy with either company!
Do we really need to go through this every year or when contracts are due to be renewed? Surely the management of both Direct and KSL are aware of these and clearly choose the game playing over the paying customer!
Please put your greed aside and let your customers receive what they pay for!
Maybe you could update your customers ahead of time that there are concerns with renewing contracts so that they don't turn on one morning and find nothing but a website to contact that basically says nothing!
