Nearly I’d say 80 percent of my channels say signal loss code 771. There is no bad weather outside and this has been happening for about a month now, I have contacted Direct TV twice, only to be told I need a repairman to come out and fix the problem at a cost of 100.00.

I got new equipment a few years ago so I find it hard to believe it’s due to be upgraded. As a inconvience to me I should not have to pay that’s kind of money. I also don’t think I should have to pay a full bill since I only got a handful of channels for the last month.

Their customer service is appalling. And by the way I have been a customer for many many years and I can say they have made my decision to cancel them once and for all quite easy.
