We have 10 tvs in my home..yes it is a lot however, we have a mother-in-laws apartment. After hours on the phone of my life that i will never get back..they install a genie 2 but it only can run 8 tvs at one time...we do not have on all 8 tvs on but 2 are disabled.
Tech said someone would call me after being at my house for hours switching to this upgrade. When I called to ask about what to do about the 2 non working tvs...they want to charge me to switch back to a Regular genie and charge me $350 for the equipment and if I cancel the entire service $230...comcast here I come!!!
