I received a mailer advertising $300.00 for switching. Placed a 'phone order, was upgraded to $500.00! Got message that I could claim my reward... for TWO HUNDRED bucks! Spent hours on hold, wrote letters. Could not get them to admit the discrepancy. Fortunately, I kept the original offer mailer; the one that promised $300.00. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau, and guess what? I got my $500.00!

This problem keeps happening, ATT and DirectTV have not fixed the problem. This is currently happening as I type! Every customer should report this to the President of the company Randall Stephenson every time it happens and place Presidential complaints!!

Since Oct. 1, recordings have been disappearing from our playlist. On that date, an agent instructed us to enter “clearmybox” in the search window and the items would reappear. Indeed, this worked, however, the issue continues and every day or so, we’re still having to do this. Tonight, another agent says this is due to an update they are doing and the problem won’t resolve for 30-60 days!! Such a horrible service for what we pay per month!!!

Ever since AT&T got involved the menus are sluggish and it is not user friendly. Do yourself a favor cut the cord and get a roku Box for 30 bucks and get thousands of stations for free. Good bye cable

If this "new" Guide doesn't increase trips to the eye doctor, nothing will. It's simply awful. Guess another subscription to TV Guide, or up and down to walk to the screen, squint, and cross your fingers that you can find what you're looking for.

I move my DirecTV to my new home as well as my internet service, after ordering both service to be completed on the same day it did not happen they told me I would have U-verse once they got here U-verse was not offered in my area. I had to go to DSL Then the person that set up the service did not check to see if I was able to hook it up which I had no phone sockets in my house for WiFi, therefore I had internet but no service not only that Direct TV for my cable was here at the same time I instructed him where to put all of the connections and then once he left I realized he did not change the connection location in one of my rooms and he also left the whole spool of cable wire that has been sitting in my house now since the 3rd of this month May I have called and talked to customer service and requested someone to come out and wire it properly on the opposite side of the wall and I also said I will charge a storage fee 4 their equipment sitting in my house no response still waiting and not to mention it costed me $162 as they said for a professional to come out and hook up the service at my new address I am sick and tired and fed up with Direct TV my bill has never been the same from day one every month it is a different amount sick and tired and fed up.
