I sighned up for direcTV at my local Walmart and was promised a Walmart gift card. By April, I had not received the gift card, so I called the promotion department who stated the card had been sent.

I assured them I had not received it and asked to be issued a new gift card. When I called on July 11th (my 6th call) they claimed a new card was never issued and because it has been over 120 days, they could not issue a replacement card. DirecTV has no way to voice a concern, except by phone.

When you try to call them, they transfer your call or simply say they cannot help you. In the end, there is no written record of your concern and no way to bring your concern to another department.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Gift Card.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Issue my gift card, plus extra for aggravation .
