To Whom it May Concern,

After using the new experience, there is a lot to be desired.

1- First, on the fast “forward and rewind”, WAY TOOOOOO much of the screen is lost to this new system. The opacity of the background takes up too much TV screen space on the bottom.

2- On “play List”, when scrolling down the list to find the show or groups of shows you have recorded,

IT SHOULD’NT INLARGE EVERY SELECTION UNLESS YOU CLICK ON IT !!!

LEAVE IT THE WAY IT WAS. The reading setup is better, You get to see more selections than before. Just don’t enlarge it when you scroll over it until you click on it.

3- The option for paying for a rental or purchasing a movie now has tooooo many steps.

4- When hitting the info button while watching a program, the window open right in the middle of the TV screen,

CRAZY, IT’S TAKING UP VIEWING SPACE !!!
