I have been a DirecTv customer for more than 20 years. Up until a year ago, I was pleased with the service and support.
They quality was great and they seemed genuinely interested in helping us. In the last year (perhaps due to the merger with ATT?), thing have drastically changed. I ordered Sunday ticket for the 2015 season, and was not told it would automatically be renewed in 2016. I did not even know I had Sunday Ticket until week 6 in season and when I called to cancel, they would not let me.
I also tried to cancel Showtime on the website where I ordered, but couldn't.
Now, the local NBC station is not available because of greedy negotiations. I will be looking up number of Dish soon.
