White print on WHITE background. Very hard to read.

Please go back to original black lettering, etc. Started November 20, 2018. I am not able to get through to DirecTV on this matter. I never can get through to Customer Service.

Long wait. Also remote receiver time is slow. I changed batteries, so that is not the problem. I understand there are MANY people that are upset about this.

Will you please listen to your customers and fix the problem.

CANNOT read white on white! I have had DirecTV for several years and always find it difficult to solve the problem without hearing "the voice" and many options that do not apply to my problem.
