I waited 9 days for an appointment, was told they’re arrive between 12:00 and 4:00, at 2:00 o’clock I received a email that there still on the way, they never showed up, I called the next day was told there wasn’t a tech available in my area, I missed a day of work for this. Now I was told my next appointment won’t be for a week, I’m very upset that will be over two weeks without service, I better not be billed for service at the end of month or I WILL be transferring to dish network after be with you for nearly 14 years, he’ll if a way of treating your customers.
