Directv - Had been a customer for eight years, decided to change providers and cannot get disconnected.
I have contacted them 3 different times. It is a shame they have become such a dishonest and unethical company.
I would that anyone stay as far away from this company as possible. I called them twice and wrote registered/certified letter they signed for and never found anyone that was truthful. I had called them couple years ago and they were great as long as i was "adding" "purchasing".
I know there is nothing I can do about their business practices but maybe I can keep a family from dealing with them. Maybe if enough people quit doing business it will make a difference.
