I am 83 years and is legally blind .Every time I change channel I would mess up TV.

Call to get Directv disconnect told me I had to pay 502.19 . I will pay for the time I use Directv not 502.19. This company didn't explain the service to me. I call twice to get someone to help me with the tv and they told me I could find the answer on tv.

If I could see I would not need them to come to the house and try to sold me how to use the tv.With Charter I don't mess the tv wen I change the channel Please help me in this matter I am on Social Security
