I cancelled my service because it was unreliable at best. Since that time, I've received calls every week or two.

Many are to ask me why I cancelled my service. I explained it multiple times. I can't understand what their problem is. I keep asking them to stop calling.

When asked if they know how many times they've called me, they always say, "I have no records of anyone else contacting you." Do they think harassment will earn them back customers who already found their service completely lacking? I'm so tired of taking their calls that come from all different numbers including local numbers. I now just swear at them and hang up.

I want the calls to just stop. Unbelievable!
