When you did get someone. They keep telling you different things. Each rep you talk to say different price. If I was such a valued customer since 2008.

Because I had a waving discount. I can not cancel my discount just so I can up grade to a dvr system. One tells me I have to pay full price which is over $600. Really in this economy.
One lady tells me she was trying to get a free upgrade. one lady told me half price. one lady tells, the snotty one told me the other lady can not give me free upgrade. Again get your *** together directv.
Such attitudes from most of the reps. I was on the phone for along time with them.
