I have been Directv customer since 1996 after Fran wiped out cable. Have always loved it, especially the well designed remote that allowed one to operate it in the dark simply by feel.

No others compared to it. Now they have gone and broken something that was working fine. The new Genie 2 remote has real small buttons close together that often requires looking at it to see which one to push. Some group of *** in a conference room someplace decided it needed to be smaller (I used to work in corporate world and know how this works).

Plus the new menus and navigation don't always make sense and I have to stumble around to find anything. Again, it wasn't broken.

Why mess it up? I want my old system back.
