Direct keeps billing me for HBO which they said would be free. They called me and asked if I would like free HBO, I said yes.
When I got the bill they charged me for HBO & Cinemax. I talked to a Direct TV representative named Maria last month and she said the charges would be removed on the next months bill. It wasn't removed on the next months bill and I was additionally charged for another month. I called this month and talked to a representative named Sam.
He said he couldn't do anything for me and to call the sales department at 877-543-1115.
They don't answer the phone and don't call back. My only recourse is to file a complaint with the State Attorney and Better Business Bureau.
