My service was suppose to be shut off on 6-8-10 and when I called on 6-7-10 to get a 3 day extension i was told it couldnt be done bcuz I didnt call in 24 ours pryor to te shut off date.Wen i asked te lady where does it say that on the bill she said it doesnt its an internal procedure.i asked her shouldnt there customers know tis and she said that they need to call the automated system and that we need to go online.I wanted to talk to a supervisor but I kept getting put on hold.So I hung up and ended up paying it with my grocery money.They are worse than a car loan or a morgage.Its just cable TV and if they didnt have the football ticket they wouldnt have any business because they are just rude and ridiculous.
