Lied to about wireless BOGO, direct tv was actually forced by a sales rep, .. told me uverse was being phased out in December, make the switch now to make the transition easier, combining / bundling services and billing to get discounts that were never going to be honored or applied, Visa cards that would never show up, who to call, which department and who to talk to, promised products that would never happen ( iPad promotion) , tablet charges, plan pricing discrepancies, it goes on and on!!!!

I know that the coupon they promised me was cash in but not buy me I still am waiting for my call back from the customer service dept. about my 275.00 gift card but I thought it was coming from Target but that ok I get treated very well from target and I like the store but I will call back about the give card and see what they are doing about it

What idiot designed the new menu format. It is so much harder to read (especially for those of us a bit older).

And So far I haven't found a way to go back to programs Irecorded earlier.

So far I can only watch the most recently saved tv show in the category. I'll give this a big zero as far as ease of use.
