3 hours trying to pay my bill this month. over ten years with direct tv..
paid every month online. it usually would take around five minutes. this month more than two hours !!!!! this, since at&t took over.
if this is part of what to expect i will be switching to fios.. i am already seeing the pop-up ads. i dont want to participate in anything but tv as i have for ten years.
