Horrible experience, over the phone the agent lost my first order and had to call back to order all over again !!, first appointment no show, second tech didn't have correct equipment to complete now on the third visit.. see how this goes, third visit again a no show.
If i could give directv no stars i would, do business elsewhere. You have been warned !!
I have never experience this level of no accountability with a company, out of 3 service calls 2 no show after paying somebody to sit at my house while im at work and the tech not having the right equipment to complete the job.
