It took me 45 minutes to make an appt with a tech person to come to our home to check out the directv issue. I couldn't understand a lot of what they were saying, they kept putting me on hold and transfering me to someone else then I had to explain it all over again.

I finally got through and got my appt. We have been directv customers for years and have never had this problem. The customer service has been great. Is this because of at&t?

Dish is looking better all the time.

I was so upset after I hung up. I'm a patient person and this was the worst experience I have ever had on the phone in my life.
