I am waiting for my 3rd service visit to set up Direct Tv service. The first tech was untruthful and without the proper equipment to fully set up service.

I call up customer service requesting a tech who knew what he was doing. (the first tech improperly turned off my internet in setting up one of three Tvs?)

I *** from work, and who shows? Same guy, but now with an attitude. The set up was sloppy, with dark cable everywhere.

And guess what? 45 minutes after he leaves nothing works.

Does customer servicecare? Nope.

"Next appointment is in 4 days, *** from work. Too bad about the olympics".

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

update. the third scheduled visit to install service that fu7nctions: no one showed, no call.

the 4th visit: no one showed, no one called.

I cancelled on the spot. [FYI Time Warner appeared within 12 hours to re-install the cable].
