Placed a move order, which I was charged 214.92 in advance. The tech showed up, said we had to have the hedge on the wall cut.

I don't think he wanted to bother with install is how he came across. I called the same day to reschedule, for following day appt NO SHOW, called that day and was assured I would have a tech out next day. Called again for another appt, they sent tech to my old address. Called again and I am currently on with a rep who can only tell me the order is in the system and keeps telling me about a link he is going to send to my phone.

He also keeps telling me to go online to manage my appt. He cannot tell me if there is an appointment in place or not.

All the reps sound as though they are overseas and there is a language barrier.

All they do is apologize.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Tv Service Installation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Directv Cons: Customer service horrible.

Ask to speak to a supervisor in US..I had to do that.2x
