i was going to get new service and their hours for installation are horrible they are not even trying to work around the hours i can find someone to be home. I tried couple of times with working with the hours but they wont even try to contact a technician and ask if they can work with my schedule.
No wonder they are offering $200 gift cards to people they are losing customers. I cant see why they can make an apt instead of having 4 hr window. Who has time to be waiting ihave to be at work and they don't even offer afternoon hours or weekends.
i hope they change that because i will not be getting Direct Tv service. i guess they really don't care about getting a new client.
