I used to be a big fan of Direct TV. The customer service was great.
Products worked well and the price was decent with discounts offered routinely. Since AT&T has taken over, my bill has gone up multiple times, I have sat on hold for several minutes on numerous occasions, and the customer service rep can barely speak English each time I have called. None of this was a problem prior to AT&T.
Horrible decision Direct TV.
I see you losing several customers, to include me once I find a better product. Nice work Direct TV!
