Two appoints made to fix error code 771. Technicians never called or showed up either time.

When I called to see where they were I was told the tech canceled my appt because he couldn’t get in touch with me. He/she never called or came to my house. I was home all day with my phone in my lap. 1.75 hours on hold to try and see what could be done before I just canceled my Directv after having it 4 + years.

They didn’t apologize just continued to ask why I’d cancel. Ha, where do I begin mister retention specialist I have no signal and had made two different appointments a week in advance.

So hello Dish I welcome your installation Monday morning with a smile and hope. I do not recommend Directv to anyone.
